According to the Distance Selling Law and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days after having received your goods. You will receive a complete refund once your order is returned to us in full without spoilage. Replacement and Returns
If you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Depending on your query, we will refund the price or replace the product. The refund will be reimbursed to the original payment method. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you.
